A Wedding Report from Ilanz and the Surselva
Vintage Summer in the Surselva – the Wedding of D&O
D&O from Zurich brought together several of their favourite places in the Surselva for their summer wedding. We started with a couple shoot in the historic lanes of Ilanz old town, then headed to the civil ceremony at Casa Gronda with its impressive vaulted hall dating back to 1677. As the newlyweds stepped out onto the Städtlistrasse as husband and wife, hundreds of soap bubbles glittered in the backlight. The church ceremony followed in the small mountain church of Pigniu, and as a spectacular finale we did a couple shoot at Lag da Pigniu – with the spontaneous dance of the two of them across the dam wall as the absolute highlight.
